KB Design & Consulting, LLC. is committed to serve client with our integrated design capability, affordability, and knowledge. We understand the difficulty and challenges for many of our clients when it comes to reading plans. So we have successfully migrated to a completely new architectural software program, Chief Architect, to demonstrate and design all our work in 3D models with color. It has revolutionized and enhanced all aspects of our communication with clients, city officials, engineers, contractors, realtors, and developers. Furthermore, we can produce very sophisticated and high quality design work with very completive cost and estimate because the software has simplified and shortened our drafting time. In meeting, perspective view gave us a better understanding of modified space, we can discuss and refine more detail with client. Also we could discover and foresee any construction issues with contractors before even the construction begin, sure it will minimize mistakes and confusion.

We worked with many industry professionals such as material vendors, contractors, realtors, market analysis consultants, engineers, and developers. They have given us their expert opinion and knowledge such as material pricing, market trend, property value, and design direction and issues to help our clients with the best recommendation. Designer, Contactor & Director

Background

Founder of KB Design & Consulting, LLC. Ben has over 15 years of experience in Bay Area real estate and has been involved in developments including condominiums, office buildings, high profile residential estates, restaurants, and retail spaces. His strength lies in design development, construction management, and marketing research. With a vast knowledge of the US real estate development permit process, cost-saving design models, and project schedule control, he is able to educate and advise his clients with market direction and investment opportunities.

Background

After graduated with Interior Design degree, Kevin joined local architectural firm for two years. And created KB Design & Consulting, LLC in 2010.

Takuo Kanno

Architect

Background

After successfully fulfilled his task as a floor manager of the World Design Conference held in Japan in 1960, where he hosted personally many world renown architects and artists, he came to US and completed his Master Degree in Collage of Environmental Design at University of California, Berkeley in 1962, licensed as an Architect of State of California in 1975, opened his own office and engaged in design works in architecture and several master planning of large project, such works as Shinjuku Station Master Renewal Plan and Katsuura Resort in Chiba Prefecture in Japan and Master Plan for Alameda Central Destrict in California. He received a Northern California AIA Design Award for Milvia Center Office Building as the chief designer of L. L. Freels & Assoc,iates and rewarded many design awards from municipalities in Northern California cities such as Walnut Creek and Concord in California. He also designed over three thousand units of multiple residential complexes and managed a renown interior design office of Morganelli and Huemann as the architect in records for such works as 100,000 sf Delmonte Corporation Headquarter in San Francisco and 60,000 sf Pacific Telephone Company's Regional Office in San Francisco. He also served as a commissioner of the State of California, Board of Architectural License Examiners.
